Sergey Khachatryan begins his 2014/15 season with a performance of the Beethoven Violin Concerto at the Lucerne Festival with the Wiener Philharmoniker.  This concert, at which Sergey appears as the recipient of the Credit Suisse Young Artist Award 2014, is only the beginning of what promises to be an exciting autumn.  In addition to engagements with the Leipzig Gewandhausorchester, Gurzenich Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and NHK Symphony, Sergey is also giving a series of trio concerts with cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan and pianist Lusine Khachatryan, performing at such venues as the Mariinsky Concert Hall, Amsterdam Concertgebouw and Vienna Konzerthaus.
